Wonderview High
High School Reimagined.
Christian. Classical. Hybrid.
Launching 9th and 10th in 2027—28
Wonderview High is launching 9th and 10th grades in 2027–28, extending the Wonderview experience into the Rhetoric years with academically rich coursework, meaningful discussion, small classes, and growing independence.
Our goal is not simply to prepare students to graduate. We want to prepare young adults who think carefully, communicate clearly, pursue wisdom, and live faithfully.

Christian
Scripture, theology, formation, truth

Classical
Great books, integrated Humanities, Socratic discussion, Latin, rhetoric.

Hybrid
Three campus days + two Wonderview-directed home days that cultivate independence.
What Students Will Study

INTEGRATED HUMANITIES
History. Literature. Composition. Ideas.
Rather than treating history, literature, and writing as unrelated subjects, Wonderview brings them together in an integrated Humanities course. Students study the people, events, literature, primary sources, and ideas of an era together—learning to see connections across disciplines and across time.
Ancient & Classical World
Medieval to Early Renaissance
Renaissance to Early Modern
Modern & United States
The cycle repeats, but the work does not. Students encounter increasingly sophisticated texts, questions, writing assignments, discussions, and presentations as they progress through the Rhetoric years.

Preparation for discussion
At-home days aren’t days off. They’re where independence is practiced.
Our teachers plan and direct the full five-day academic week. As students mature, they gradually assume greater responsibility for planning their work, meeting deadlines, seeking help, and managing longer assignments.

Purposefully Screen-Free
Present to ideas. Present to teachers. Present to one another.
Wonderview is intentionally technology-free during the school day. Cell phones and smartwatches are not on campus. Students do not spend their days moving from screen to screen or learning through Chromebooks. Instead, they learn face-to-face—with books, paper, discussion, experimentation, and one another.
Technology remains a useful tool. On home-study days, students may use computers appropriately for research, writing, and other assigned work. Technology supports the education; it does not become the education.
